Record Check Portal

Compare a supported export to a customer-controlled recorded reference state.

Upload a supported JSON export generated from a customer-controlled record workspace. The portal compares supported export data against the reference state recorded when the customer completed the record.

1 Recorded Reference State

Checks supported export data against the recorded reference state for the customer-controlled record.

2 SHA-256

Displays hash comparison status for supported records and recorded customer-provided file entries.

3 Browser-Side File Check

When customer-provided files are supplied, their SHA-256 hashes are computed locally in the browser and compared to the recorded file-hash entries. Files are not uploaded during this check.

Comparison status only. This portal reports Record Check comparison status only. It does not verify underlying test validity, donor identity, specimen handling, laboratory accuracy, MRO review, legal sufficiency, compliance status, lawful access, or employment decisions.

Scope of Record Check

This portal compares a supported export to the completed record reference for the customer-controlled record. It reports comparison status only.

  • Does not verify underlying test validity, donor identity, specimen handling, laboratory accuracy, or MRO review.
  • Does not determine legal sufficiency, admissibility, compliance, confidentiality status, lawful access, or employment decisions.
  • A mismatch means the supported export does not match the recorded state; it does not identify why or determine legal effect.

Customer-Provided File Access

Customer-provided files, laboratory reports, and supporting documents remain under the customer-configured record storage and access controls. This portal can compare their linked hashes when those files are supplied, and the authenticated workspace owner can export a supported completed-record package when needed.

This portal compares whether a supported export still matches the recorded reference state for the customer-controlled record. This result addresses recorded-state consistency only. It does not confirm the truth, accuracy, completeness, or legal effect of the underlying test data; constitute medical interpretation; determine legal sufficiency; or provide legal, medical, HR, compliance, regulatory, DOT, HIPAA, MRO, laboratory, or employment-decision advice. Fields subject to employer-level protection and PHI-designated fields are accessible only through the authenticated customer workspace by authorized users.

How This Portal Works

This portal compares whether a supported export matches the completed record reference for the customer-controlled record. This record check reports comparison status and should be read together with customer-controlled source records when additional context is needed.

✓ This portal canCompare supported export consistency through hash comparison. For file-attachment-capable records, compare supplied customer-provided file hashes to the recorded file-hash entries. Display record metadata and test details from the export.
