TestLedger LLC is committed to making the TestLedger™ Documentation Platform, the TestLedger website, the Record Check Portal, and the Identity Hash Comparison Tool accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies.
Standards We Target
TestLedger works toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering practice rather than a one-time milestone, and we continue to review new and updated pages against these guidelines.
Measures We Take
Our release process includes automated and manual accessibility testing across current versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox on desktop, tablet, and phone form factors. Current measures include visible keyboard focus styling, labeled form fields, named dialog semantics with labeled close controls, focus return and containment for modal dialogs, status announcements through ARIA live regions, and alternative text for accessibility-exposed images. Accessibility checks are part of our standard release gates, and builds that fail these checks are not released.
Compatibility
TestLedger supports current versions of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Samsung Internet. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser up to date.
Known Limitations and Continuous Improvement
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet the standards we target, and third-party services linked from our pages may not be under our control. We review reported issues promptly and prioritize fixes in our regular release process.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any TestLedger page, or if you need assistance with any part of the Services in an alternative format, contact us at support@testledger.io with the subject line "Accessibility". Please describe the issue and the page where it occurred. Do not include employee, donor, applicant, or health information in your message.
Scope
